GARLIC VARIETIES, FLAVOURS & SEED PRICING
This variety is possibly related to the popular Music cultivar. Good to grow for those in wet climates and as a farmers’ choice, she’s hot! This Porcelain shows perfect symmetry with an average of 4 huge cloves per bulb. Taste-wise, this is very hot garlic and is what the gourmet cooks would pick. If you like a clove of Intensely flavourful garlic then Susan D. is the way to go!
Music garlic offers a flavor that ranges from spicy when raw to a hot and aromatic, true gourmet garlic flavor when cooked, and is considered to be the choice garlic of garlic lovers.
It is a great favorite and known for its robust, well-rounded, true garlic flavor. Its raw heat is nicely balanced by a deep and rich flavor, with sweet undertones. It's excellent in any dish where the object is to showcase the garlic flavor. It is also great for roasting.
