SUMMER - U-PICK STRAWBERRIES & GARLIC SCAPES
Our strawberries and garlic are grown without the use of chemicals, pesticides, fungicides, or herbicides. We offer U-pick and pre-picked strawberries beginning at the end of June and garlic scapes in July. STRAWBERRIES
We wiII have 5 varieties of strawberries for you to choose from in 2023! Along with our already massively popular Kent and AC VaIIey varieties, we have added AC Lila, JeweI, and Cabot to our picking fields. U-Pick season begins at the end of June and goes until the end of July, weather permitting of course!
GARLIC SCAPES
Scapes are very versatile and can be used in a variety of recipes from soups to sauces or enjoy them sauteed or pickled. Their flavors are mild and sweet, like chives or scallions, but with an unmistakable hint of garlicky flavor.
You can make beautiful Pestos, add them to stir-fries, add to soups and meat sauces, sautee them in butter, and you can pickle them too. They freeze very weII when diced up and put into freezer bags.
Garlic scapes are harvested in the late spring and early summer so quantities are limited!

TABLE STOCK & SEED GARLIC
We have 3 varieties of table stock garlic that range in taste from full-bodied/earthy, spicy to really spicy!
Our Music and Susan D. varieties have all the “spicy” you need when adding a little heat to your dishes! The Marino variety has that earthy, full-bodied garlic fIavour we aII love!
Pricing:$12.00 per pound.
We can do 1, 2, and 10-pound mesh bags.
Our seed consists of the Marino variety.

FARM FRESH CHICKENS
We work tirelessly to produce healthy and ethically raised meat birds. They have a large area dedicated to their comfort in our biggest barn, with a doorway that leads to their own backyard where they eat bugs, grubs, and greens! Once you have tasted our farm-fresh chickens we guarantee you’ll be coming back to buy more.
